Reservoir Genomics Documentation

Reservoir Genomics (resgen.io) is a genomic data management and visualization service. The documentation here is for the web portal located at https://resgen.io.

We also maintain documentation for a Python API that can be used to interact with the service.

Note: resgen.io is still in beta so not everything will work perfectly. Please let us know when you encounter issues and we'll do our best to address them promptly.
